As a Customer Experience Specialist, you play a crucial role in this mission by being the first point of contact for our customers. You empower them to achieve their goals by offering exceptional support, advice, and solutions that enable them to start, manage, and scale their business with confidence. Your work directly impacts their success, ensuring they feel supported every step of their journey with Jimdo.
You will provide excellent support by answering inquiries via email, chat, telephone and video calls. Suggest personalized improvements for customer websites and proactively support them in starting, managing, and successfully expanding their business. You will process customer complaints and solve problems with effective solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to improve the Customer Experience and provide feedback for product and process optimizations. You will also stay up to date with our products and services and continuously acquire knowledge of new features. Assist in the development and improvement of processes and guidelines for the Customer Experience to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
