About The Position:
- You will own the strategy and execution of our global People Systems.
- You will assess our systems against business needs, leading system implementations and enhancements.
- You will empower your team to streamline complex global workflows.
What you can expect to do:
- Manage, build, develop, coach and mentor a team of rock star HRIS Analysts.
- Assess organizational needs and current People Systems and make recommendations to improve the systems.
- Oversee any proposed new HRIS tools or technology and provide recommendations for support and deployment.
What we are looking for:
- 6-8 years’ experience within HRIS, cloud-based application (i.e. Workday) experience required
- Prior experience leading or managing small teams preferred, a true team player who enjoys coaching and encouraging others
- Experience in global companies (6-10+ country scope) strongly preferred
