Handle customer and internal user requests via chat, email, and phone in English, providing consultations regarding our products and services in Edge Network. The role involves conducting technical diagnostics to resolve issues, gathering information on incidents, and escalating to higher-level support when needed. Addressing complex technical issues and providing timely, effective solutions while considering the impact on customers' business operations, based on internal documentation. Identify patterns and trends in technical issues, suggesting improvements to prevent reoccurrences, sharing knowledge and expertise with other team members, enhancing overall support capabilities. You will work consecutive night shifts.
