- Act as a player-coach, stepping into high-impact opportunities to build executive relationships and secure technical wins.
- Hire, develop, and retain high-performing team members to build a scalable regional organization.
Regional Strategy:
- Guide technical evaluations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Partner with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Enablement, and Product to align priorities.
- Define KPIs, communicate progress, and manage operational discipline across workload planning and forecasting.
Customer Engagement:
- Translate customer requirements into clear business outcomes using GitLab's DevSecOps platform.
- Run executive workshops and technical evaluations that map platform capabilities to customer goals.
- Build strong operating rhythms and strengthen executive relationships across diverse cultures and markets.
