What you'll be doing:

  • Coach and develop our managers, helping them show up for their teams through performance conversations, feedback, hard moments, and everything in between
  • Support the building and running of our Learning & Development function — identifying real skill gaps and creating learning experiences that people genuinely find valuable
  • Own and evolve our people programs alongside the Head of People: performance management, career frameworks, leveling conversations, manager training — making them smarter, simpler, and more human over time

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Strong alignment with our values: find our values on our career page
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up where you weren't just running programs, you were building them
  • Strong employee relations chops — you're calm in complex situations and you know how to navigate them with both fairness and genuine care

Bonus points:

  • You've built or meaningfully improved career frameworks and leveling systems
  • You've designed L&D programs that people actually showed up for (and came back to)
  • You've helped a company through a period of rapid growth without losing what made it good, or who made it good
