Job Description

As part of the Crew Member ITSM Atlassian Consultant program, you bring specialized knowledge and hands-on expertise to ensure the technical success of platform administration and operations, incident management, governance and continuous improvement, and reliability. Beyond implementation, the ITSM Atlassian Consultant acts as a Subject Matter Expert, offering guidance on specific technologies, products, or platforms like Jira, Confluence or Jira Service Management. They are key in Solution Design, collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions that align with both business needs and technical requirements. This role also involves proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving for any technical issues that arise, alongside dedicated knowledge transfer through training, documentation, and best practices to empower customer teams. The ITSM Consultant works in close collaboration with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and customer teams, ensuring quality assurance by meeting defined specifications and standards. They will also undertake ad-hoc assignments and duties as required to support project objectives and overall technical excellence.
