Job Description

Role Summary:

  • Migrate global operations to Salesforce.
  • Support ~1,000 existing users and onboard ~700 more.
  • Partner with Product, Architecture, Admins, and Engineering.

What You’ll Do:

  • Requirement collection and alignment.
  • Define data models and taxonomies.
  • Prepare and run UAT with business users.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5+ years as a Business Analyst in a Salesforce environment.
  • Strong requirements engineering and process mapping.
  • Solid data literacy with object/field design.
