Role Summary:
- Migrate global operations to Salesforce.
- Support ~1,000 existing users and onboard ~700 more.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Admins, and Engineering.
What You’ll Do:
- Requirement collection and alignment.
- Define data models and taxonomies.
- Prepare and run UAT with business users.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years as a Business Analyst in a Salesforce environment.
- Strong requirements engineering and process mapping.
- Solid data literacy with object/field design.
