Role Overview:
- Own the CCV workforce plan end to end, translating long-range growth targets into weekly and monthly hiring, onboarding, and readiness goals.
- Build a scalable clinician onboarding model and leadership capacity to support rapid growth without sacrificing clinical quality.
- Turn workforce data into decisions through dashboards, forecasts, and management routines.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience leading workforce planning, capacity management, clinical operations, or similar people-scaling functions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into forecasts, metrics, and dashboards.
- Cross-functional leadership skills to align clinical leaders, recruiters, operators, and executives.
Success Metrics:
- Establish a predictable recruiting-to-readiness operating model within the first six months.
- Launch workforce dashboards and performance-management routines that anticipate capacity gaps.
- Help CCV reach clinician-capacity goals ahead of the 2027 AEP cycle.
