Accountabilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Partner closely with various teams to design, configure, and optimize the custom redemption solution.
Act as the representative for the Canadian business.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce platform administration and configuration.
Proven experience in project management and change management methodologies.
Proficiency with project management and documentation tools.
