Job Description
Manage workforce compliance initiatives across EMEA as a Project Manager. Focus on contingent workforce compliance, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and company workforce policies. You will oversee workforce policies across multiple EMEA countries, working closely with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency in contingent workforce management. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and optimize workforce compliance processes in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
In this role, you will support and equip local teams across EMEA with the right framework, tools, and guidelines to ensure contingent workforce compliance. You will also oversee cross-country workforce policies, identifying areas for improvement and standardization. Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence across all EMEA regions. The role involves implement compliant workforce strategies and engaging with vendors, contractors, and external partners to optimize workforce classification, contracts, and regulatory processes.
