Enterprise Relationship Manager

As an Enterprise Relationship Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients. You will gain an understanding of clients' primary needs and support their cybersecurity efforts, collaboratively working with sales, delivery and security teams. You will provide ongoing support to clients to maximize value, monitor client accounts, recommend solutions, communicate updates, and work with internal teams to address needs. You will also gather client feedback, track activity in CRM, and support efforts to achieve key metrics among clients.
