What You'll Do:
- Work closely with our small in-house legal team.
- Take a primary seat in Sharebite's cross-functional organization.
- Lead or contribute to AI implementation projects within the legal function.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Rising 2L or 3L law student at a fully-accredited law school.
- Demonstrated interest in AI, legal technology, and/or data privacy.
- Resourceful, self-driven, curious, and collaborative.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated interest in transactional law, data privacy, the use of AI/LLMs in legal practice, and social impact.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools.
- Experience with Salesforce, Ironclad, or other CRM or contract management software.
