Contracts Counsel (Manager)

This role supports our growing R&D organization by negotiating and managing a variety of clinical and research-related contracts, including clinical trial agreements, informed consent forms, master services agreements, collaboration agreements, and related documents. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly Clinical Operations and Research and Development. Key Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of clinical research agreements, advising internal stakeholders on contract terms, and supporting development of contract templates.
