Role Overview:
- Own and scale ONI's bioprocessing market as an emerging commercial vertical.
- Define where ONI competes and convert customer problems into differentiated analytical workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop market strategy, quantify addressable markets, and prioritize high-value segments like biologics and advanced therapies.
- Drive portfolio priorities, business cases, and strategic partnerships with bioprocess leaders.
- Enable commercial teams and establish voice-of-customer frameworks to accelerate adoption.
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years in life-science tools, bioprocessing, or commercial leadership.
- Scientific credibility and ability to lead cross-functionally without formal authority.
- Experience in biologics, cell and gene therapy, or advanced analytics is highly valued.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $100,000-$120,000 a year plus flex PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
