Responsibilities:
- Own the full Business Development cycle for early-phase programs, from identifying opportunities to closing contracts.
- Develop account and territory strategies, build executive relationships, and convert complex client needs into scalable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field and 5+ years of progressive experience in the CDMO industry.
- Strong understanding of the CDMO service industry, with proven negotiation and presentation skills.
