Job Description

The Account Manager role involves driving revenue growth by managing the entire customer lifecycle, especially around renewal and expansion. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, improving clients' IP and R&D workflow, adopting a data-driven approach to sales funnel and account management, demonstrating expertise in client matters, conducting onboarding meetings and business reviews, analyzing the territory, and exceeding sales targets. They will also manage and convert the pipeline, and stay updated on product updates to articulate their value to clients.
