Job Description
The Sr. Director, Product Solutions will be a key strategic role in shaping Caylent's product solutions approach, capabilities, and execution. This position will establish asset-backed frameworks and methodologies that enable our teams to deliver high-quality, AI-infused products across our client base. The role bridges sales and delivery, ensuring solutions are both compelling to prospects and executable by our delivery teams.
This role involves product engineering leadership, solutions development & management, AWS alignment & leverage, AI integration & productization, and execution & implementation focus. Methodologies should enable delivery teams to implement solutions effectively and create tools and frameworks that support solution delivery at scale. Mechanisms should develop and scale the delivery team's capabilities.
