IT Portfolio Manager

Job Summary:

• This remote position involves managing portfolio oversight and resource allocation to support enterprise-wide change.
• The Portfolio Manager is accountable for project objectives and influences sponsors and prioritizes work.
• The role requires navigating political landscape and managing business sponsor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for portfolio oversight, management, and delivery of all investment related activities.
• Design program controls for swift mobilization and value realization, and provide operational leadership for programs.
• Curate demand signal, supply, and capacity plan for the technology and digital team, and ensure tight sequencing of cross-product dependencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of project management experience and leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in Healthcare IT and proficiency in project management tools like Planview, MS Project, ServiceNow.
