We are seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to join our Legal Team! In this role, you will advise on complex commercial matters and help the company navigate the rapidly evolving AI legal landscape. Your general responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating, and closing complex commercial transactions with the company’s customers, vendors, and strategic partners across diverse industries. You will partner closely with sales and business teams to develop and implement strategies that drive our high-growth, go-to-market initiatives. You will stay informed on evolving legal frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory developments, and apply this expertise into practical contract templates and guidance. Provide practical, solutions-oriented legal advice to cross-functional teams, ensuring business objectives align with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and enhance playbooks, policies, and best practices to improve efficiency in negotiations and contract management. Contribute actively to the Legal Team’s efforts to scale commercial functions while fostering a collaborative, supportive team culture.
