Job Description
The Strategic Account Manager will work directly with our customers, primarily our more strategic and highest priority merchant accounts that require a top notch subject matter expert and relationship-builder. This role will manage large accounts to get them trained on best practices to offer Wisetack as their go-to financing option and continuously engage with their teams to scale and grow their financing volume. This position will have aggressive but attainable goals tied to merchant activation and loan volume, and in turn be instrumental in driving revenue-generating activity for the company. Theyβll benefit from collaborating and sharing resources and feedback cross-functionally, as well as being able to prioritize and manage a variety of external relationships; bringing a friendly, versatile, and eager mentality will be critical to attaining success. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of merchants to foster long-term relationships, supporting business development and partnerships, helping new and existing merchants get up to speed, and communicating merchant needs and feedback to the broader organization.
