- AMs own the renewal process and lead expansion efforts.
- Success looks like increasing client retention and hitting both renewal and expansion quotas through strategic account planning and referential selling.
Customer Success Manager:
- Serve as strategic partners to our customers—helping institutions translate communication into measurable outcomes.
- CSMs lead onboarding and implementation, drive adoption, interpret engagement data, and guide customers in optimizing their communication strategies.
- Working hand-in-hand with Account Managers, CSMs identify growth opportunities, mitigate risk, and position Mongoose as a critical, campus-wide solution.
