Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex clients, reselling value and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Develop measurable client goals, retention plans, and deliver business reviews.
- Conduct Partnership Connect meetings and serve as a trusted advisor to client executives.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years client success experience with mid to large enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of employer benefits landscape and executive-level communication.
- Proven data analysis skills to derive insights supporting client value.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $127,660 - $167,112 per year, plus bonus and equity.
