Operations Manager, Virtual Power Plants

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of GoodLeap's Virtual Power Plant (VPP) programs, ensuring optimal performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role will be coordinating across engineering, grid services, marketing, and customer support teams to manage programs that drive GoodLeap’s VPP goals. Responsibilities include: Manage real time and day-to-day operations of VPP assets, working closely with Product, Engineering, Regulatory, and Customer Support team to enhance platform functionality and customer experience. The role will also drive continuous improvement through automation, process refinement, and data insights.
