Job Description
Ensure the administration/operation of Microsoft 365 for our customers together with the Head of Modern Work, the Squad Leads and your future colleagues. You will be responsible for the operation and further development of Microsoft 365 customer environments, as well as technical support within the scope of managed services. You will also handle support requests in the second level, perform complex administration tasks, support on- and offboarding processes, and coordinate the transition of customer environments into managed services. The role includes ticket dispatching, answering calls for technical problems, documenting solutions, and taking on standby in emergencies.
