Job Description

Drive outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to build a steady stream of qualified leads. Identify and connect with decision-makers across North America and personalize outreach using AI-enhanced platforms like Apollo, Gong, and ChatGPT. Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives and partner with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies. We need 1–3 years of BDR or outbound B2B sales experience with a proven ability to prospect, qualify, and book meetings with key stakeholders. Familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools (e.g., Lavender, Gong, Apollo) and excellent written and verbal communication skills are key. Must be available to work U.S. business hours.
