People Experience (HR) Director, Go-to-Market

The Role:

• Own the PX operating model in every market, with high-quality execution of core BAU.
• Lead business reviews with country heads and the full Go-to-Market PX review.
• Raise talent density in country leadership teams through mobility, development, or replacement.

What You'll Bring:

• An HR Business Partner at heart, with experience leading large markets.
• Scale and complexity: regional or global HR leadership for at least 1,500 people.
• Restlessness in execution, missing no deadlines and holding people accountable.

How Success Is Measured:

• Progress against Go-to-Market PX OITs and KPIs, especially tied to the operating model.
• Sales and Customer Success turnover, engagement, and attrition of high performers.
• New hire retention, hiring against budget, eNPS, and speed of underperformance resolution.
