Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive People strategy that supports rapid international growth and aligns workforce planning with business objectives.
  • Conduct a full assessment of existing HR operations, including organizational structure, compensation, compliance, and key performance metrics.
  • Design and implement scalable HR processes covering onboarding, probation, performance management, career development, and offboarding.

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of experience leading HR or People Operations in high-growth startups or scale-up organizations.
  • Previous experience in FinTech, Crypto, high-growth SaaS, or other fast-scaling, multi-regional technology businesses.
  • Strong experience managing globally distributed teams and international employment models, including Employers of Record (EOR) and multi-country compliance.
