Corporate Counsel, EMEA Public Sector

We are seeking an experienced attorney to serve as Corporate Counsel for European and Middle East public sector contracting. The role will support a team covering ServiceNow’s SaaS and professional services sales to public sector customers, with additional support for related commercial customers. The position will report to the lead of our global public sector transactions team. Responsibilities include serving as subject matter expert, supporting public sector tenders, reviewing and negotiating master SaaS sales agreements, representing ServiceNow in negotiations, and collaborating with internal support teams. The attorney will also support the continuous improvement of standard forms of agreement and legal processes, and counsel and deliver training to internal customers.
