Role Overview:
- Ensure exceptional, accurate, and timely Face to Face Services to customers.
- Meet operational requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate and present customer reports promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor team members, and develop systems for accurate data management.
- Run individual and team meetings, assist in department growth.
- Manage projects efficiently and conduct monthly assurance assessments.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 and minimum two years administration experience.
- Strong computer literacy, client service orientation, and natural leadership.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong analytical skills.

- Understand the sensitive nature of EAP services and exhibit high emotional intelligence.
- Act as a data translator and bridge gaps between admin and clinical teams.
- Maintain calm demeanor during crises and approach challenges with resilience.
