We are seeking a strategic, business-oriented AI Transformation Lead to identify and translate high-value business opportunities into scalable AI-enabled workflows.
This individual contributor will lead initiatives from discovery through solution design, implementation, and value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities for AI-enabled transformation across functions.
Translate business challenges into clearly defined AI-enabled workflows and future-state operating models.
Lead transformation workstreams from opportunity identification through implementation and change management.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, product strategy, or digital transformation.
Deep familiarity with client needs and frontline workflows, with the ability to translate experience into transformation opportunities.
Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools and strong cross-functional leadership skills.
