People Operations Associate (HR Generalist)

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and self-driven People Operations Associate (HR Generalist) to join our People team and run the day-to-day HR operations that power our company. This is an ideal role for someone new or early in their HR career who’s eager to learn, has strong executional instincts and good judgment, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to use AI and automation to get things done smarter and faster. You’ll be the operational backbone of our People function—handling onboarding, offboarding, employee recordkeeping, policy administration, compliance tracking, and general HR administration. We’re looking for someone who’s not just good with details, but someone who knows how to streamline them using the right tools, including AI to streamline work.
