Senior Channel Account Managers are part of a team at Huntress who play a crucial role in driving revenue through our partner base. This is achieved through engagement, expansion, and retention. This role is critical in expanding our relationships with our partners while helping them deliver cybersecurity to their customers through the Huntress platform. As an individual contributor, your primary measures of success will be net dollar retention, gross dollar retention, partner loyalty, and satisfaction. This is a high-impact, high-visibility sales role that reports to the Manager of Channel Account Management. Its success will be measured by expansion and retention metrics.
Responsibilities include achieving and exceeding quota based on both expansion metrics and renewal rates, working with partners to be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction. Also, growing partner adoption, and delivering exceptional quality service. You will maintain and reinforce Huntressβ culture, build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations.
