Job Description

The National Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business plan that achieves revenue, profit and market share targets while fostering a collaborative partnership with our customers supporting small and major appliances. The candidate will own and manage all aspects of their business and be the key point of contact for all account activity externally and internally. He or She will be responsible to build strong relationships with cross functional teams (supply chain, marketing, finance, etc...) to facilitate customer engagement and achieve organizational objectives. Maximize revenue, profit and market share targets by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account. Develop new channels of distribution. Build and cultivate customer relationships to enable engagement with cross functional teams. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders. Expand and grow the Samsung Brand utilizing account specific go to market initiatives and driving the full assortment. Develop and implement robust tactical strategies to achieve targets, while managing budgets, forecasts and other KPI’s. Collaborate with customers on joint business planning, brand management, in-store merchandising and retail sales execution. Analyze market trends, industry information, competitor initiatives to maximize competitiveness, revenue and profit targets. Make product presentations, both new product introductions and present product offering to customers and prospects as prescribed by the Company sales guidelines.
