Role Overview:
- Serve as a trusted advisor at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.

- Partner across Plans and NASCO for successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define business requirements and translate into system requirements.
- Create artifacts following project management and SDLC methodologies.
- Provide input to Technical Design documentation and resolve system processing issues.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Healthcare Insurance and payer functions.
- Experience with mainframe and mid-tier technologies including TSO and JCL.
- Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
