Role Overview:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Define business requirements and translate into system requirements.
  • Create artifacts following project management and SDLC methodologies.
  • Provide input to Technical Design documentation and resolve system processing issues.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Healthcare Insurance and payer functions.
  • Experience with mainframe and mid-tier technologies including TSO and JCL.
  • Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
