What You Will Do:
- Source promotional items and create client-ready presentations.
- Ensure job order details are accurately captured to support timely and correct deliveries.
- Coordinate all order shipping and logistics to customers.
Additional Job Requirements:
- College degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of Sales, Customer, Marketing, or direct promo sales experience.
- Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred.
Software That Will Be Used:
- Proficient with the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite)
