Customer Success Specialist

Customer Interaction:

• Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Actively listen to customer concerns, probe for details, and provide recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries with effective problem-solving and de-escalation skills.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Participate in inbound and outbound calls to determine the best solutions for customers.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products or services.
• Maintain high-performance metrics, including revenue attainment and customer satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement and Collaboration:

• Continuously look for areas of improvement to drive revenue.
• Engage with team members through development sessions and training.
