  • Conduct interviews, focus groups, large group discussions or other activities
  • Create and help deploy new procedures, tools, program elements, and systems that refine business operations

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to lead diverse groups through idea-generating and decision-making exercises
  • Experience researching, gathering, organizing, and analyzing qualitative information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred
  • HPD or government experience is a plus
