As a Sales Manager of Duty Free, you are the key link between global A-brands and international customers such as airports, border shops, and ferries. In this role, sales is all about building long-term partnerships with your customers and brand partners. Be the main point of contact between A-brands like Mars, Diageo, Heineken, Dior, and your international Duty Free clients who sell these products in their retail environments. Manage customer relationships via phone and online, while also visiting them regularly. Coordinate order processing and customer satisfaction, using your analytical skills to continuously monitor and adjust to market developments, strategies, and performance.
