Job Description
A-LIGN is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to support the rapid expansion of its partnership program. In this role, you’ll design and execute programs that drive revenue, maximize partner activation, and acquire new customers. You’ll own the partner-facing communication strategy, manage partner resource libraries, analyze program performance, and design partner-driven sales & marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities include strategy development & deployment, partner & field enablement, campaign management, content development (webinars, blog posts, etc.), and relationship building with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of partner marketing experience and 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, ideally with a focus on demand generation.
