  • Maintain strict adherence to coding guidelines, third-party reimbursement policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; specialty coding certification or five years experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, disease processes, and medical terminology.
  • Minimum two years coding experience; preferred specialty coding experience and RHIT, CPC, or CCS certification.
