Job Description
Responsible for company-wide recruitment efforts across all lines of business and products. The Recruiter will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for implementing Newfront’s full lifecycle recruiting process and strategies alongside the Talent Acquisition and People Operations (POps) Team.
Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to assess and determine hiring needs, create job-specific recruiting plans, attract active applicants, manage the interview process, administer pre-employment programs, and extend employment offers. Source a high volume of passive candidates using online and social media tools. Partner with stakeholders to maintain and expand upon the Talent Brand and applicant tracking systems and report to leadership. Maintain professional expertise and assist with miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
