Job Description
CoinGecko is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own the architecture and improvement of the sales process, analyze sales activities, and implement scalable solutions. This role involves leading the revenue data stack, developing dashboards, and providing strategic recommendations to leadership. The role requires partnering with sales leadership to develop the annual roadmap, build business cases, and support territory planning. It also includes leading the sales forecasting process, enforcing pipeline hygiene, and developing standardized pricing frameworks. The Revenue Operations Lead will act as the primary expert for the CRM and sales tech stack, driving user adoption and automation. They will oversee the lead lifecycle, ensure data integrity, manage commission plans, and lead cross-functional projects. The successful candidate will also act as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, while recruiting and training a high-performing sales team.
