Job Description:

  • Implementing and steering the accompanying change management, including diversity, for global strategy programs
  • Planning, designing, and implementing a high-level change strategy and architecture, including the change story, together with the responsible units, usually at top management level.
  • Continually improving a change tool kit, for example stakeholder analyses

Qualifications:

  • Preferably managerial experience, minimum of experience as project lead.
  • Broad experience in classical project management and agile ways of working and collaboration
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in change product design preferably with a specification in leader-ship development and coaching as well as diversity
