About the Role:
- You will be the strategic architect of Midi's internal communications program.
- Reporting to the VP of Communications, you will design systems, processes, and rituals for a scaling organization.
- Influence high-level strategy while executing breakthrough creative and effective All Hands meetings.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Roadmap: Design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy supporting business goals.
- Executive Partnership: Act as primary advisor to leadership, crafting impactful messaging for All Hands and sensitive changes.
- Infrastructure Building: Evaluate and implement tech stack (Intranet, Slack protocols, feedback loops) with an AI-first mindset.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 10+ years in communications with a focus on internal comms in high-growth tech or healthcare.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence without formal authority.
- Builder mentality, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to use AI tools to scale content and workflows.
