This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth by expanding market share and enhancing customer engagement. The Regional Director's efforts will directly contribute to the achievement of sales targets and overall business success. You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts. To succeed, 5+ years of experience in insurance/financial services sales is needed, along with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
