Job Description
Nielsen Consumer LLC is looking for a Contract Administrator to join the Contract Management Team in support of our NIQ clients. This is a fast paced, high volume, high performing team. Acting as a point of contact for specific contract-related matters and the applicant will work directly with our Contract Management Team, Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, and Legal functions to manage the review and validation for signature, execution, archiving, and distribution of all licensing agreements for our customers.
Responsibilities include signature process review, contract signature facilitation through various tools, agreement logging, verification, creation of executed agreement PDFs, database entry recording, contract repository filing, DocuSign license maintenance, and document comparisons. Additionally, the role involves managing assigned workloads, exercising judgment in handling exceptions, issue escalation, overseeing contract termination, special projects, and sharing contract renewal reports. Helping Commercial teams in understanding and using contract templates; Coordinating SharePoint Sites and contract templates in partnership with manager Cross-train in all regions and backfill as required.
