Job Description
As a Solutions Engineer at Element451, you’ll design and deliver captivating product demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase how our AI agents, automations, and personalization tools revolutionize the student experience. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to craft custom experiences that help institutions see and feel what’s possible with AI. You will Build and deliver personalized, story-driven demos that align with each prospect’s goals, data, and institutional challenges and configure hands-on time boxed POCs that validate Element451’s impact through AI-driven automation and engagement. Capture feedback and learnings from every demo and POC to inform future iterations. Stay current on AI, CRM, and higher-ed engagement trends.
