Associate Director, Field Care Model Operations

Role Overview:

• Field-based execution role within the Patient Services Botox franchise.
• Primary mission is solving real problems in the field, not shaping strategy from the sidelines.
• Embedded with Field Reimbursement Managers and regional teams as the go-to resource for triage and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support care model implementation and serve as escalation point for field issues.
• Conduct regular field visits to observe execution, identify friction points, and provide real-time problem-solving.
• Monitor consistency of care model execution and surface patterns to leadership.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in patient services, care model support, field reimbursement, or closely related pharmaceutical/biotech function.
• Direct experience with field-based teams and comfort in unstructured, high-travel environments.
• Strong knowledge of patient support programs, HUB services, specialty pharmacy, and Medicare/IRA implications.

Work Environment:

• Remote/field-based role requiring sustained in-field presence and 60-75% travel.
• Fast-paced, operationally intensive environment with real-time problem-solving in dynamic field settings.
• Collaboration across matrixed teams without direct authority, building credibility through field expertise.
