Senior Accounting Supervisor (PST or MST)

Role Overview:

• The Senior Accounting Supervisor will lead accounting operations across multiple projects within a growing mission-driven organization.
• This fully remote role combines hands-on financial oversight, team leadership, and strategic fiscal management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and train accounting team members while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for GAAP compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and audit coordination across projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with at least 7 years of experience, including 2 years in supervision.
• Advanced GAAP knowledge and proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Must reside in Mountain or Pacific time zones and be comfortable in a remote environment.
