You will assist customers during the onboarding process, ensuring a positive and smooth experience. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will act as a point of contact for customer issues and ensure timely resolution. You will focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates. You will need to quickly grasp technical concepts and become an expert in our software.
